Groupwise and BIS

I manage about 10 blackberrys for my school. We have Groupwise 7. We DO NOT have BES. I have set up the email portion as imap by using the server settings with no problem. For all but one blackberry I have been able to install DM, choose the enterprise option so I get the groupwise connector and then can sync calendar data manually through DM.

THis has worked flawlessly for almost a year. I just tried to do the same exact setup on an older PC and it won't show me the Groupwise option when i set up the synchronization. I thought maybe an old Palm desktop install was interferring so I wiped the machine and reimaged it and started fresh. Still no joy. It looks like it is accepting the options to install the groupwise connectors, but in the end it does not.

I installed on another model pc right next door to this one, and the other one worked just fine.

Any suggestions? Software/operating systems are the same on both machines. THe only diference is about a year or two in manufacture date of the PC's. Both are compaqs/hp running XP pro with service pack 2.
