Generating Reports in BES 5.0

I have looked all over the place, thinking this would be an easy find, but no luck so far. We are migrating to BES 5.0.1 and one of the big "selling points" was the ability to generate reports, mostly user account reports, which can't be done in 4.1.6. We currently keep a spreadsheet of all the pertinent information on the user accounts, but would like to be able to generate reports from the BAS. Unfortunately, I haven't figured out how to do that. I'm not talking about doing a search by pin or user ID, so much as overall general reports with all the information on all the user accounts. Can anyone provide any information on that? Thanks. : )

do an advanced search for the criteria of users you want, go to manage multiple users, select them all, then choose export statistics

Thanks. I noticed this doesn't show the SIM (we have some AT&T devices, so they have SIMs) in that report. In looking at the properties of the account in the BAS where the SIM is supposed to show up, it is just a blank cell also. I noticed this is an issue with other folks. Has anyone found a resolution yet? Thanks.
