Fomatting on BB replies

Hi,

We have BES 5.0.2 and Domino 7.0.2 email environment. When replying to emails sent either from desktops to BBs or BB to BB, the reply always formats the message like this:

I have looked in the BES and can't find any obvious setting to change this. I have also looked in the server and config document for the Lotus Domino server and can't fins anything in there.

Does anyone have any ideas??
