Default Finished Upgrade BESX SP2

Just finished the upgrade to SP2 on our BESX. Wanted to post this for others in case they run into the same problem I did.

When I was almost done installing, doing the MAPI stage, it kept erroring and I couldn't figure out why. The error said something along the lines of "Make sure that mapi is installed and configured correctly and the Microsoft Exchange server & credentials are correct."

After rackin' my brains for a while I stumbled on an unrelated thread that recommended not to have the besadmin account hidden from the GAL. Our besadmin account was. Once I unchecked the box, everything worked.

Just thought I'd give everyone a heads up.

Any word if this fixes the Facebook integration for contacts and calendar?

It does not. I don't understand why RIM isn't including this policy for a product (BESX) designed specifically for small businesses and consumer liable devices. Maybe someone else out there has some insight.
