Finding / Deploying apps via Bes

I'm fairly new to the Bes world, and have been thrust in as an admin of about 150 devices, and am looking at attempting to deploy some apps to our users; the trouble I'm having is actually finding the apps to deploy. I've seen a few free apps in the Blackberry app world that I've tested and would like to make automatically available to our users; the caveat being we restrict the phones with various policies and do not allow them to access the app world natively.

I've done quite a bit of searching but struggle to find the answer; I can find google bes packages and the like, but how/where to I go about finding the free installation packages for the apps I actually want to push to the phones? Any advice would be appreciated.

Have you been successfull with the deployment? Or are you still looking for an answer?
I'm trying to deploy LinkedIn and Twitter. I am searching for installationpackets. I understand there is a way to deploy with the use of Blckberry Administration Service. Are you familiar with this way of deployment or do you use another method?
