Default Exchange Connection

Ok, the company I work for is changing to the iphone. They will have an exchange server for Outlook 2007 with ISA 06. Will there be a way to connect my phone to get my email? I have not been able to since they put in the ISA.

BIS as I recall is not able to traverse the ISA server. So the short and sweet of it is "No, not at this time."

Thats what I was afraid of. Now to wait for them to fix the issue. Seems like I just wont get it connected. I have tried the redirect rule and it wont send the email. I recall getting it in my sent folder but not to the phone.

As mobilemadness says, ISA traversal isnt supported on BIS. Personally I would create a blackberry specific email account in BIS, then ask your IT guys to create a contact in AD for that blackberry email account and then for them to set the forwarding option to it in the AD properties for your user account. I would definitely NOT do the forwarding within Outlook under any circumstances.
