ever see this admins?

so I got a Tour and activated it and am using it just fine. then I go to activate it with my enterprise system and it goes like expected except when it gets done it says I can only make emergency calls. anyone ever have or see this? any BES admins know if this is something that can be set into the profile? could they be forcing GSM? anyone have any ideas? Im not supposed to be on sprint they use ATT and bolds.

BES IT Policy can turn the radio off, which is for organization that intends to use the BB just for data.

I never tried it how ever it would make sense that if a policy turned the radio off, it would at least allow 911 calls.

If you are suppose to have the ablity to make calls, let you BES admin know that something isn't right, call them?
