 European users
Our branch office in Germany is going to be moving. They currently have 5 Blackberry users on a BES server that they want to move to the BES server here in the US. I have no problem with that but need to be sure it can be done. I am thinking the user needs to be deleted from the current server, added to the server here and then reactivate the phone to sync with the server here. We are using Lotus Notes and the mail servers replicate every couple hours worldwide. Has anyone ever set European users up on their system?
