error redirection folder

HI all,

Since i move my mailbox from Exchange SP1 to Exchange SP2, i have this error on my BES 5.0.1 user :

The enablement process has not completed. Once complete, the redirection folders will be available.

My user is Security Administrator in BES 5.0.1 and it's a normal user on exchange, no administrator group or else.

I try to figurer what wrong, i have already delete and wipe device twice with no success.
