Error Log Help

Just installed BESX on Server 08 running Exch 07, installed by the numbers and went very well. All works fine up until I try to activate a device. Database test works, users viewable to add in Blackberry Admin Service, however, no activations happening. Here is a couple lines copied from our error log: If you can help identify fix, please let me know:

server could not update its configuration entry in database, due to java.sql.SQLException: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Connection reset>
