Default Enterprise activation on BB Torch

Hello everybody,

I'am testing a new BB Torch. When I try to do my enterprise activation, the phone after 5 minutes displayed an error message :" server not responding".
With a BIS account, no error, mail OK, internet surf too.

I have tested a Bold 9700 with OS6 without error.

Can a device be locked for BES, not for BIS ?

Do you have some idea for me ?

Thanks a lot

Nicolas

It sounds like to me AT&T didn't put the BES data plan on the phone you are testing. Call your Rep and have them check it out.

I'am not at the office to use cable activation.

I called my network carrier, they send my mobile all the services book. The enterprise activation is completed.

Thanks Fatih for your help
