Enabling S/MIME on User Accounts

Hey all!

I work for the Air Force and we have a STIG coming up where all messages coming from BB must now be digitally signed.

I've installed S/MIME package and Smart Card on a test BlackBerry Bold 9000.

My problem is, in BES I go to user properties and try to set Enable S/MIME to TRUE, I hit apply and hit OK and go back in to user properties and it reverts itself to FALSE every time.

For some reason there are two users in BES that are sent to TRUE already, but I can not even set them to False, it always reverts back.

The BES is set to enable S/MIME so I know that is not the issue. Any help would be greatly apperciated! Thanks!

Some facts:

Phone: Bold 9000 v4.6.0.297 (Platform 4.0.0.247)
BES: Version 4.1.4 (Bundle 25)

P.S. - I just inherited BES administration from the old administrator, who up and left -- so I'm a little new to it, but I'm also not sure what kind of settings he's configured. For example, why two of the people are set to TRUE to receive S/MIME and no one else is.

Also, I have a rather small BB install base -- only about 20 BB that I need to manage.

I still have not been able to locate any fixes for this. Anyone out there able to help me out?

Run a quick reactivation on the User. This will refresh the S/MIME settings.
