Email Sync between Blackberry and Laptop

Hi!

i have 4 pop3 email accounts and all are from different service providers.
these four accounts are configured in my blackberry 9800 and also in my laptop.

i want to synchronize emails between blackberry and laptop. whatever i read in blackberry it should mark as read in my laptop automatically.

how to solve this issue, please help me.
