Email sent......no it hasn't
Hi Guys
We have an 8700g that is showing it has sent an email i.e. ticked. But the email is not arriving at destination.
Checking the Exchange sent items there is no record, nor is it stuck in the MTA.
The device is receiving emails fine.
This is one device out of 70 all other 69 are fine
The device has recently had the latest version software loaded.....are there any such known issues with the software release ?
Suggestions grately appreciated

Hi Adi,
You mentioned that the software was recently updated. Was the BB reactivated after the update?
1. What version of BES are you running?
2. What is the status of the user in the BB MGR?
3. Does the pending count or messages forwarded for the user increase when you attempt to send a message from the BB?
4. Does it have any integrated BIS accounts?
5. If it does, can you send from those accounts successfully?
6. Can the user send successfully directly from OL?

Yes successfully re actived after the upgrade and was working fine for a couple of days.

We have deleted his email account within Exchange a built a new one. Then reactivated the BB, this seems to have resolved the problem for now.
