Email sender on bb different from Outlook

I have a user who is having an issue with regards to the sender's name. Outlook shows one name but when he opens it on the BB, it's another person's name... So far only 1 user has this issue...
Please advise what I can do to resolve this...

yes, but wiped it before adding back to BES... User has this bb for quite awhile now...

Are you the BES admin, sounds like you need to change the user associated with the PIN on the Blackberry, wiping the blackberry doesn't change everything you need. Let me see if i can find you some better help, there are a lot of BES admins on CB

Saw this on the bes support forum but does not make sense since BB contacts are
wirelessly sync with outlook. Instead of previous employee mentioned below, it shows another sender's name.. any help, much appreciated...

"I just fixed an issue very similar to yours. Outlook was fine and OWA was fine but when this certain person emailed a BB user the name would show up as a previous employee. I fixed it by editing the name in the BB to the current emailers name and haven't had the issue since doing so. Apparently the BB contact list never updated to mirror the Outlook contact list."

I would check to see that in the users contacts that the email address isn't under someone elses name or multiple names. Had that happen to me.

I'm unsure if you have access to the Blackberry Manager residing on the BES server. If you do this would be helpful as you can run a search with the PIN as a criteria. Which will tell you if the devise is assigned to another user.

Also when you were perform the Enterprise Activation, what email address did you use? Or did you use another form of email, POP maybe?

Please provide some more details.
