Default Email recieved but cannot send BPS

at my company we have 5 people on a BPS server. recently 2 of the 5 individuals can recieve emails, but only get failures when they attempt to send from their blackberry. One is a Storm user, the other just "upgraded" to the Tour a few days ago which is when he started having the issues as well. The other 3 of us are all Storm users and have no issues. Any ideas? i have tried resynching with the BPS enterprise activation but the same results.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

This is a common issue, MS and RIM have documented the most common causes though the KB articles can be quite long and details. I have a blog entry that summarises the problem and links to the relevant KBs.
