Default DST Calendar Problem - 1hr. off in Outlook

Hello,
I have read many posts similar to my problem and I have not found a fix yet.

Since DST in March 2010, Creating a calendar appt. on the device(Say 1:00) is 1hr. off in Outlook(shows up as 2:00) and then the device synchs with Outlook and the device will now show the appt. at 2:00.

Our BES version is 4.1.7 MR1 Rollup on Windows 2003 Server Standard 32-bit.

Our Exchange version is 2007(No cdo file) on Windows 2008 64-bit.

Our BB Handhelds are 8830.

Our carrier is Verizon.

Our time zone is PST in U.S.

DST patches have been installed on all servers & workstations.

Is there a DST patch I need to install on the device? I went to Verizon's website and get a blank page when entering model 8830. The devices all have the correct time zone selected. The BES server time is synched with our DC. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
BESRook

I copied the CDO.dll from the Exchange server to the BES and replaced the old CDO.dll files. That did the trick.
