Default Dst 2010

Just downloaded the latest DST patch from bb website and manually installed on all 5 bb's in company. Document ID KB20676
What concerns me is that when installing got message that "timezoneupdater" already exists. Overwrite with new? The old version was 4.5.xxx and the new is 1.0.xxxx. Just a little nervous that new one is lower version #.
Is this cause for alarm?

Also, should BES and/or Exchange have a 2010 update?
Is there a way to tell that my servers have the necessary update for this weekend? I know that KB979306 addresses timezone issues and went out in Feb 2010. But I do not see this update on any of my servers or computers.

Any Insight?
