Double Take Availablity Replication

Hi,

I am new to Crackberry and would really like to see if anyone uses Double Take to replicate thier BES??

I have done so but when the failover occurs there are some issues.

You cant send or recieve emails BUT you can send PIN messages from the BES and they arrive on the BB device.

you can validate the SRP in configuration manager so this shouldnt be an issue.

All the services start properly and the MAPI profile is configured correctly as when you use the send message option from the BES and choose Email the message arrives in the users mailbox but not on the BB Device.

When you failback and start the original source server up again all the stored messages from the mail server get dlivered to the BB devices.

If anyone can offer any help it would be great

Never used that before, but BES 5.0 has failover features built in.

I would like to know how to use DT App failover with BESX.

I would say call DT support. They are great, smart and here in America!!! They will probably fix your issue really quickly. That is if you have a paid support contract.

FYI, I am using full server protection on site for HA.
