Differences between logs BES

Hey,

I am trying to troubleshoot a BES issue. We have a hosted environment and two users are unable to activate their devices. They have been activated before then wiped so they should be good. I am trying to check logs to see what is going on however there are a ton there! I was wondering about some of the logs and if there is a method behind the madness for lack of better words. I'm seeing such things as MAGT, BBAS, BBA..etc I'm sure everyone is aware of them . So My actual question is, is there a guide or a writeup anywhere that explains what the differences between the logs are? If not, does anyone know the best log to look at for devices that won't activate?
