Diagnostic report Fails

I have set my 8330 up on my BES. I was able to send and receive, until thedreaded Red X appeared. I remembered a known issue with Domain admin accounts. I removed myself from the Domain admins account, and any other account that had specific use permissions for administration...added Besadmin to be able to sendas, but I still get the red x. I ran a device diag on the phone last night, and everything works, except for when it goes to the email test. It see's my email address, but fails when it tries to connect to my email...any ideas on what this may be?

Take a look at the *_MAGT_* log file, usually in c:\program files\research in motion\blackberry enterprise server\logs\YYYYMMDD

Scroll down to the time it happened and see if you can glean anything from the messages in the log file.
