Default Detecting a Security Wipe

I had a user report he stopped receiving mail. The BES showed no pending messages. I briefly looked through the logs and then he reported he did a security wipe.

I did not noticing any errors in the logs. Is there some indication in the logs that would let me know the device has been wiped? I wasted time, when all I had do was an activation.

= i do not belive in the logs it will specifically indicate that a wipe was performed. more or less the bes does not know if device has been wiped but should indicate some type of error that the user was disconnected from the bes.

there will be no record of it in BES logs.

Last contact time will clue you in, but that could mean the device was off.
