Delivered and Read Receipts

We are using an exchange server and BB Professional Software- BB Manager. (not the full BES)

We want to receive delivered and read receipts when we send from our blackberries. Easy enough to do when using just BIS, and setting up our account as pop3, but ever since installing this software, we seem to have lost this ability. The option simply isn't there on the device anymore, and I can't find a setting for this in the software.

I find it hard to believe there's not an option for this- seeing how easy it is to setup in a "lesser" environment of pop3. I'm sure I'm missing something.

When we send from Outlook, we get our delivered and read receipts perfectly. It's only when we send from the blackberries.

Before you suggest uninstalling the software- it does serve a purpose- it allows the sent items from the blackberry to sync with the e-mail account on Exchange. With BIS, and pop3, that doesn't happen.
