De synchronizing user from BES????????

Hi

I recently joined my companies Blackberry Enterprise Server BES and realized it was not a great move.My IT guy at work is pretty new to this service and is unfamiliar with deactivating user , any advice I can give him as to deleting and De synchronizing me from that server , how do I know when it is completed properly? Does previous info stay on the server????

Tell your Admin to set up your phone with the default IT policy and then after you get that, to remove your account from the BES. Remove the account and the user profile information. Do not wipe the phone.
