Default curve will not re-establish with BES

I have a Curve that I use for work with was connected to our BES. It was working fine until I had to change my password for Exchange. After that I have not been able to send or receive any emails on my curve. I have tried to reactivate it but always get an error that the server is not responding. I had the admin remove my BES account and start over but still I receive the error that the server is not responding.

Can't think of any reason why this would happen. Did you wipe the device prior to reactivating it? That's definitely worth trying.

Just to confirm - when you're attempting activation you're entering the activation password supplied to you by your BES admin, not your Exchange password?
