Control Sync times for BESX email

I setup BESX this morning and have been going to crazy trying to find out if this is possible: a couple managers in my company want a few employees to only be able to sync business email during certain times. Is there a rule or policy in BESX similar to this? Thank you ahead of time!!

No. The concept behind BES(x) is immediate access on the device 24/7.
