Contact Woes
Ok so I enterprise activated a new blackberry for a rep yesterday and noticed that the contacts would not sync. I tried all the regular stuff (service books, wiping, redoing etc) nothing. Today another user complains that their contacts are not syncing. I check the phone and sure enough the option to sync the contacts is set to "not available" this is on a phone that worked fine before. i checked another users phone and found the same thing.
Now I have looked into the IT policy (only use default) and can see that the sync is enabled. I also checked to make sure that it was enabled at the user level. I restarted all bes services and even the box with no luck.
Email and Calendar all sync fine just not the contacts. I have had 0 issues with this in the past and have not made any major changes on either the BES or the Exchange. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help.
