Conference call & BB Pro sw

Hi,
we have a dozen blackberries managed by the BB Professional server sotware (the "light" version of BES) running on our in-house server.

We're in Europe (Italy) with Vodafone and half of our users have big problems doing conference calls:
-when they try to add a third person in the conversation, sometimes the handsed does not allow it (operation failed);
-when they manage to do a conference, often the last person included after 3-4 minutes cannot be heared (he/she can listen to the others his/her voice is not transmitted).

Using the same SIM card on a non-blackberry phone (a simple Nokia, for example) all works perfectly.

Vodafone says that is not their fault because on a non blackberry phone the conference works.
Some Vodafone tech representatives privately admit that "conference call doesn't work well on blackberries"

Do you know if there's anything on our side (oin Blackberry professional software on our server) that we can tune to solve the problem?

Any advice regarding actions to do with the carrier? They already reset network profile for those handsets, countless times...

Check the firmware you are running on the devices. I used my BB8320 on 4.5 code with 3 way conference calls without experiencing these issues.
