Default Changed device in BES Express - no browser

Hi,

This is my first post so be gentle.

Sole IT guy at a medium-sized company where BB is NOT big.

Using BES Express on a member server. Only TWO BB Users.

One of these users, their device failed so got a replacement.

Setup - just created an activation password in BES Express.
Set up from the device - connected in seconds and Service book downloaded. Up and running in no time. Email - no issues at all.

BUT - it won't browse the internet.

It's showing 3G and the four dots.

In BES Express Admin - the user is now showing the new, replacement device, as I would expect.

Where do I look guys? How do I fix this?

The other users device - checked just in case and that can still browse

I don't think that is a problem with your BESX setup, I'm guessing the problem is with the carrier-- perhaps their Blackberry data plan dpesn't allow browsing (or the phone got change to such a plan)

Thanks.

It is the carrier - though they are citing RIM.

It does connect via Wi-Fi
