Changed BES server name

We had to change our BES server name from TCSERVER to oldTCSERVER. It now seems that the Blackberrys can receive the email they CANNOT send any email, what am I missing??

and it is all the users on the BES not just one or 2

I know nothing about BES but have you changed both the incoming and outgoing server names on the bb?

I believe you need to stop all services, then change the server name in the BESMgmt database, specifically ServerConfig and MDSConfig tables. It's in three places in each. And of course, back up the database before you touch it.
