Certain Outlook email not being sent to BB

Wife is having a problem that her work BES admin can't figure out.
There are 6 or so email addresses that come into her Outlook but don't get sent to her BB. These same addresses when they send email to her personal Yahoo account, do make it through BIS into her BB. These 6 or so email addresses are the ONLY emails that do not make it from her Outlook to her BB. These 6 or so addressess are not in Outlook sub-folders, they are in the main Outlook Inbox.
Has anyone seen anything this strange? or have any ideas on what to look at?

Does this persons Yahoo email get sent to BB as well. If so then the issue is BES related and the admin will have to do some digging. maybe on a blocked domain.

Yes the Yahoo email makes it into her BB via BIS (Blackberry Connect). So, the problem appears to be somewhere in the BES. Does BES have a way to be blocking domains?
