can't send email or browse web
Last week all my SQL instances corrupted. I run BES 5 on a SBS 2003 server. I have completely stripped off the BES and reinstalled from scratch using 5.0.2 (had 5.0.1). I deleted the besadmin account and recreated before reinstalling BES. I created a new SQL database with a different name. I have been able to activate a new device and it works fine. I security wiped an existing device & reactivated and that also works fine.
All my existing devices will reconnect to BES when I set the user into activation mode. However, these users can receive email but can't send, and can't browse the web. I have resent service books and the IT policy & restarted with no difference.
I really don't want to have to wipe out all my other users (about 20). Any other suggestions on what to do or which log to look at?
