Can we send a custom bookmark to the devices in our company?

I want to create a bookmark to a specific site, and want to distribute it to all the devices connected to our BES server.

is it possible?

Er..not necessarily a Bookmark, but you can set a default home page. Go to Blackberry Domain on the left, click on Edit Properties on the right, go to IT Policy, edit the policy, go to Device-Only Items, 3rd and 4th from the bottom.
