Default Can no longer access BB Web Desktop Manager

Ever since formatting my Vista laptop, I cannot access the Web Desktop Manager. I have tried every setting possible in IE 8 but still get the message "Necessary controls have not been installed." I've googled and tried at least 20 different ideas and nothing is working.

The only way I can access this site is to go onto another workstation, but that's a tad annoying.

Any ideas?

Put the Web Desktop link in your Trusted Sites to allow the ActiveX plugin to install.

It's already in my trusted sites. I have literally gone through every security setting and put everything to allow so much that I get a security warning on google that my settings are too low. Still will not install:

Complete the setup process
The necessary controls have not been installed.

The functionality of the BlackBerry® Web Desktop Manager is unavailable until the necessary controls are installed successfully.

Try installing the necessary controls again.

Note: The BlackBerry Web Desktop Manager requires Microsoft® Internet Explorer® Version 6.0 or greater with JavaScript® turned on.

What's strange is that I can access the web server site (https://SERVERNAME:3443/webconsole/app) so I can create the users in BES, but I cannot access the webdesktop site (https://SERVERNAME:3443/webdesktop) to activate a phone. So annoying.

I'll be more clear; did you open IE by right-clicking on the IE icon and choosing, "Run as Administrator"?
