brand new - invalid CAL

I just purchased ($429.00) 5 user licenses from Blackberry.

I went to install the key on the BES (copied and pasted, and also manually typed it in) and it states that they key is invalid.

How is this possible?

Any info would be great. THank you.

Did you get the right one? There a a least two different, full BES and the work group, drop a email to sales@rim.com and I expect they can help you.
