BPS - Redirection of Sent Items

We are using Blackberry Professional Software 4.1.4.15 with 15 handhelds - various models. I have a user on an Curve 8310, who needs to have her sent items from Outlook redirected to her handheld. We are on Exchange 2003, and accessing email through Entourage 2008 for Mac on OSX 10.5

I have gone into Blackberry Manager -> Users -> User Account -> Service Access -> Choose Folders for Redirection, then chose the Inbox and Sent Items to be redirected, but no love on the receiving the sent item on the Curve. I've checked that the sent items are not being hidden on the handheld as well, just to make sure.

Does anyone know if this is a possibility with this version of the software and hardware combo, or is there an incompatibility with Entourage 2008?

Check folder redirection setting on HandHeld side.
Goto Messages->Options-Email Settings-Menu key->Folder Redirection
