BPS 4.1.4 Some User data not shown

BPS 4.1.4 - I have a user with a VZW 9630 Tour - newly replaced after problems with first original 9630 (besides trackball)...ever since reactivating his new Tour I've noticed that some data is not listed in his user section of the Blackberry manager - his data appears as follows:

Hardware ID: 0x00000000
Platform Version:
BlackBerry Version:
Screen Language:
Phone Number:
Serial Number:
Active Carrier:

Home Carrier:
Security Password:
Memory:

Direct Connect ID:

SIM ID:

I've resent service books - haven't wiped & reloaded (he's been traveling). Not sure if this a problem just with display or affects performance (he did have problems on recent France trip, but that might be due to VZW's global issues)

Any idea how to get the data displaying for him like all my other users and whether it is a sign of a problem?
