Default Blackeberry Server Express email delays

We have been running server express here for quite some time and recently some users have noticed that when they leave the office that emails will be delayed by anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 hours. I'm not even sure where/what to check for this because other users have not complaint it's seems to be only affecting 2 or 3 people out of 15. Any suggestions?

The quick place to look is on the BB Admin service console -- that will tell you the last connect time for each device. If you want to go beyond that you are going to have to go into the server logs

Any idea on which log I would have to check for that info? I am in the log folder and I see ALRT, ASMN, BAA, BAAS, CBCK, ETC...logs

Again this seems to only be when the user is outside of the office that this will happen so it's hard for me to reproduce.

Could be that they are in a low signal area when they are out of the office... or do not receive emails that frequently ;-)

I was thinking that as well, both people having the issues live in New York City and our office is there as well. Cell coverage throughout the city for verzion (they both have) is pretty good but there's no way for me to check.

If your employer thinks that it is business critical then go with the affected users to an area where they experience the problem and see if you get the same.... That's what i would suggest.... or swap over devices for one that you know doesnt have issues??
