Default Blackberrys won't activate

I've setup Blackberry Pro before so this isn't new to me. I just can't figure out what's going on with this one. Here's the story (and yes, I searched first):

1) All of the permissions are correct (triple and quadruple checked)
2) The database is up and connected
3) The emails are sending out to users.
4) The phone have the proper enterprise level plans (I'm using my phone with my company, took it off my BES, and attempted to connect it to my client's new BES)

Everything on the server looks good. MAPI is setup and functional. All the tests came back correct (including the communications tests). The phone just won't activate. I can reconnect it to my personal BES and it connects fine. It just won't connect to their new BES. It is running on SBS 2003 with all the service packs applied. I even tried the dsacls command line to see if it could be the disappearing permissions issue (after that MS update) and it didn't have any affect. Ideas? I could use the help.

Also, I can send and receive email as the BESAdmin account so I'm sure it's properly setup under AD. Wanted to throw that into the mix.

Welp, nevermind. I just deleted the entire thing and installed it from scratch and it came up just fine. I didn't change the permissions so it certainly wasn't a permission issue. Who knows? Just glad it's working...I'm tired of sitting at the office on a Saturday fretting over this mess!
