Default Blackberry sync interval?

Completely new to BES. Is there a wireless sync interval with Blackberry enterprise server and the associated BB devices? For example, I make a new contact in my Outlook/make a change in the contact info/or create a new subfolder.....Would the device reflect the change immediately?

If I accept a meeting on the BB device, will it show up on my Outlook calendar immediately?

Does Cached exchange mode effect the sync times?

Thanks.

Default

For contacts, calendar, tasks & notes it's immediate. With email there is a delay (although you can use the "reconcile now" option to sync immediately) but I'm not sure what this is, or even if it follows a consistent pattern.

Cached mode will affect sync insofar as the items won't sync with your handset until the Outlook client syncs them with Exchange.
