blackberry server move

Hello, we currently have a blackberry server (5.0.2) in our main office that has all our users hosted on it and another BES server at another office that is the failover server (both servers use the same DB that is on another server)...we have exchange 2007

I have been tasked with migrating/transferring the BES server and its users to another location overseas, so I was wondering what would be the best way to do this? I couldnt find any relevant documentation online...so any articles (AND your own input) would help

My plan was to build two Win2k8 servers in the overseas office...install BES on there (does it sync/discover the existing envrionment automatically?) and then I see the BAS website has an option to 'move users to another server', so I was going to do that and then decom the existing servers...would that work?

Any instructions on how to set up a bes server would be great as well (as well as an answer to the question above)

Any other factors I need to take into consideration? Services on servers? Exchange? AD? Database?

I have a feeling that RIM have written their own migration information on moving users from one BES server to another BES server.

I have a feeling it mainly involves the database of users.
