Default Blackberry Redirector not releasing emails

I use Blackberry desktop redirector (No BES server) and now all of my users emails are delayed or not being received by the blackberry. I have updated all desktop redirector software. All servers are patched. I have pda's using activ sync and those devices have no problems receiving emails on time.

All BB's have signal. I have 30 users having this same issue.
Does any one have any suggestions?

As far as I recall, the desktop redirector requires Desktop Manager to be running on each of the end user machines. For all to have stopped suggests either something has changed at the Exchange server end, or network connectivity between the redirector clients and Exchange, or something on the end user's PCs themselves.
