BlackBerry® FastMailService w/Dovecot Mail (cPanel)

My cPanel web host is switching over to Dovecot mail this week from Courrier and along with that are implementing the BlackBerry FastMail service. Improved IMAP support and instant delivery etc etc.

Along with this upgrade it is apparently going to give me the ability to access spam and sent mail folders by doing the following:

You can configure your mobile device to open mail from your sent folder (or spam folder) directly in your inbox. Simply configure the device to log into email using your email address, plus /sent or /spam, as the username (for example, user@example.com/sent).

For those using this how does this work? Does it actually setup multiple accounts or will it allow me to "View Folder" in my inbox and "see" these messages?
