BlackBerry Express 5.0.2 - Exchange 2003- Windows Server 2008 r2

I have recently installed BlackBerry Express 5.0.2 on a Windows Server 2008 Standard r2 box and the Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI Client and Collaboration Data Objects 1.2.1 from Microsoft.

It all seemed to install ok, but I cannot seem to view exchange/ad to add users. It is an Exchange 2003 environment.

I have done the same on a 2003 server in the same environment and I can browse the users on the 2003 exchange.
