Blackberry / Exchange sync issues.

We have a BES and run Exchange 2007. A user can rename the subject of an email in Outlook and have the changes reflected in Webmail. However the change is not reflected on their blackberry device.

Similarly if you delete an email in Outlook it goes to the Deleted Items folder and then disappears from the blackberry device. However if you move it back into the inbox from the deleted items folder it does not re-appear on the blackberry device.

Any ideas on how to resolve these issues?

Without sounding sarcastic I'd read up on how and which mailboxes are synced. BES reads the inbox and sent items, not sure about deleted. If you move one email from the inbox it is supposed to remove it from the BB. I'm not sure that you'll see it if you put it back from Deleted. If I move from junk to my inbox it works but not from deleted. Make sure you have mailbox reconciliation set up on the BB and that the server wins a conflict also
