Blackberry device not sync specific folder from last one month

Dear all

I face one problem in Blackberry device. One Blackberry user device not able to sync specific folders in Lotus Notes.

For Example Mails received in folder "CITI EOD Daily Reports" and "SS&C Daily Reports" are upto yesterday In lotus notes but last mails received in same folder of BB are of Feb/Mar 11.

Blackberry server -: 4.1
Domino server -: 7.2
Lotus notes -: 8.1

What are you using for a mail template? Not sure if that is the source of your problem, but I wonder how well the ND8 template will work with the ND7 server (I ran this config, and it was OK, but I didn't use a Blackberry with it). If you are running the ND7 template on the ND8 client, you are probably OK.

The other thing I can suggest is to try to force a resync the folders from the BES server console ( I can't remember how to do this with BES4, and I have since upgraded to BES5)
