Blackberry Desktop Redirector delayed messages

We have several blackberries here at our company that have been on the fritz lately. We do not have BES and are using only desktop redirector. The problem is that the redirector is not transmitting messages as it should. Pending to device is showing many messages and things just aren't communicating. If I purge the pending messages and send a few tests, those come through right away. But after a few hours things just stop communicating. This is happening to all of our blackberries in the company. Any ideas where I should start to look as far as a solution? I'm guessing it has to be a setting on the exchange server thats preventing these from coming through? We've been using these devices for several years without problems before these last couple of weeks.

I am having this issue with the few BBs that we have here. Some messages are delayed by up to 8 hours!!!!

Any insight as to the cause and resolution of this would be greatly appreciated.

No BES. Just Desktop Redirector.

Are you guys still experincing this? I have done a clean uninstall of DM and still have the issue.

I think something must have changed- I have been using desktop redirector at my work (several people in the office have BBs that are set-up using redirector since we have no BES here) and it worked perfectly for 2 yrs. Recently in the last month or two I have been having major delay/lag/pending issues with redirector and I have no idea why. As far as I know, the IT here has not changed anything with the servers or settings here in the office.

I am still having the problem and it seems to be creeping to other BB users as well. It seems that everyone who has a BB is now experiencing delays of up to 8 hrs to deliver messages.

Also, it does not happen all the time. I just had a long email conversation with a bb user and had no issues at all. However he had problems all day yesterday.

This is very frustrating and it would be magnificent if someone knew how to fix or even troubleshoot the problem.
