Blackberry Certification Experience

I am currently studying for my first cert of the BCP-211 Supporting BB Smartphones. My intention is to continue getting certifications as long as my company is willing to pay.

However, I am a very visual user and was curious if the cert tests are all words or if you are able to see or use the software/menus etc. IE: I can easily go somewhere on the phone or BES Admin and do the task, but when a question is written out I struggle.

I don't know if anyone can answer what the test is like? I know RIM is protective of the info, but I thought I would try.

I'm due to take this along with the new BES 5 exam in the next few months and am interested to here of others experiences too.
