Blackberry BES - Serious Sync Issue
Hello Folks.
i have a really strange Problem i like to share:
I have 3 BB 9700 which are Enterprise Activated by T-Mobile.
The Servers are an Exchange 2003 on which the BES is installed version is: 4.1.4.17
the exchange is in a german "DATEV" organisation its a bit konfusing to tell how the network (LAN) is konfigurated! i just want to tell the Problem first, maybe someone can give me a tip...
The BES can communicate to the internet, test works in the Config Manager!
So:
If i create a new BB Profile (new user) and set the activation password, i type in the mail adress and passwort on my NEW WIPED 9700, after a few minutes (5 minute pop3 mail fetch on exchange) the BB starts synchronising!
after a while it says that the mail adress is activated! then it switches to the "Desktop is beeing synchronised"
there shows only CALENDAR - Succeeded
i can wait for hours nothing will happen!!
i tried this a few times and what can i say:
normally Mail sync will work with Calendar! those both will have "Wireless Sync" activated, Adress book / Notes and Tasks does have "Not Available"!!!
The other 2 BBs have the same issue! default IT Rule is applied no special settings all default! even if i connect the BB to the server directly via USB cable the same thing!!!
