Blackberry 6 Browser on BESX

Im a bit stumped by this one. I want to force all our Blackberry 6 devices to browse only via MDS-CS on a Bes Express. They way I read it I have to import policies to allow me to force the Blackberry 6 browser to change its default order and go through MDS only. (KB23701-IT policies introduced in BlackBerry Device Software 6.0)

Problem I'm experiencing is I can figure out how to import the new Blackberry 6 policies into BES Express. I know Express does have a severely reduced set of policies, but certainly a feature like this should be part of at least importable into express as well?

I'm having the same problem with regards to importing IT policies.
Our new OS 6 users with Bold 9780 can't use their browsers. Only fix I've seen is to import IT policies but BESX SP2 doesn't allow imports of IT policies.
Surely there must be a way round this?
Blackberries activated with BES contract, not BIS (in case that is useful).
